The weekend retreat will kick off on Friday, November 1st with a cocktail party and introductions, after which we will set you loose to spend the rest of the weekend digging into your book projects.
The package includes your welcome cocktail, a Parlor mug ready to fill bottomless Ruby coffee, and meals served flexibly so that you won’t have to stop yourself in the middle of the perfect sentence just to have a warm first bite.
Meals include Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
All rooms at Parlor are designed to be oases for creativity. Beyond their inspiring decor, they come equipped with their own private desk—the perfect place to write.
When your room gets too quiet or a chapter hits a snag, we will have brainstorming and work spaces set up throughout the common areas of the hotel. Toggle back and forth between the privacy you need to be productive and the social energy and support you’ll need to stay there!
Even better, beyond the community you’ll join, the weekend is hosted by a former English teacher and writer, who will be available throughout the weekend to talk through ideas and work through problem paragraphs.
To reserve your room, email greg@parlorhotel.com. Rooms will be reserved in the order we receive requests. Solo prices are for attendees coming alone. Paired prices are for two friends attending the retreat together and sharing the room.
